Boards often begin meetings with prayer, then move quickly into business. While Mercy boards are well-versed at practicing tikanga Mercy, there’s always room to share practical tools and suggestions for keeping faith and values present throughout the meeting.
We’re excited to welcome Fr. Michael Smith SJ, whose 40 years of priesthood and deep experience in Ignatian spirituality, formation, and service will bring invaluable insight to this conversation. The webinar will explore how to keep our identity and values alive throughout board discussions and decisions. It will share practical ways to integrate serious prayer into meetings and ensure our values shape our board governance, strategy, and culture.
