We are very excited Manuel Beazley, Vicar for Māori in the Diocese of Auckland is going to present a webinar for us on Te Wairua Atawhai: Living Mercy through Katorika Māori on the 9th September from 6;00pm to 7:00pm. This is an opportunity to deepen our journey as the first Ministerial Public Juridic Person (MPJP) in Aotearoa New Zealand.
As Whānau Mercy Ministries Trust steps into its unique role as an MPJP in Aotearoa, we are being called into a deeper relationship with Māori spirituality, leadership, and ways of being.
This conversation will invite us to:
- Reflect on the spiritual and cultural significance of Katorika Māori
- Consider how Māori values and worldview can shape Mercy in Aotearoa
- Ask: What does Mercy ask of us on this whenua, at this time?
