E te Atua
Loving and Wise God,
As I enter this space of service and discernment,
I pause to become still to breathe deeply,
to ground myself in Your presence.
You have called me to this table, to listen, to learn, and to lead.
Amidst the pages, reports, and voices,
Please help me not to lose sight of the people and purpose behind them.
Grant me a heart that is open to truth, even when it challenges,
To wisdom, even when it surprises, to grace, especially when it is needed most.
Holy Spirit,
Shine your light upon what I read, what I hear, and what I feel.
Let your clarity rise above confusion,
Your peace settle every anxious thought,
And your guidance shape every decision.
May I be fully present
To the moment,, to the mission, and to you.
